Hi FAD diet will not help in weight lose . You make get the result in a stop period of time but you you will welcome other health issues to your body so never go for such diets.. Eat home made food , well balanced diet and go for complex carbs and include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet..

Following keto diet will reduce fat but without getting your self assessed completely trying out keto diet can be dangerous. Also keto diet should be a lifestyle change or else there are many chances that the lost weight can bounce back. Also to be on such a restriction diet for a long term is not a safe option. A balanced diet with more emphasis on fiber rich foods can help you loose weight easily and sustain it. Any short cuts may actually look fancy but it not a healthy long term option.
