Reducing belly size
My weight is 75 kg. My height is 167.5 cm. Yesterday I was diagnosed with thyroid problem.  TSH reading is 6.32. I am not diabetic. Only fat deposit in my body is at belly and buttocks. I want to reduce my weight at least 10 kg. Kindly advise me to reduce my belly and buttock size.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.do changes in  oil after 3months.
