I had nasal polyps and was prescribed a corticosteroid nasal spray for two months. While the symptoms of alternately runny and stuffy nose have been mostly cured, my sense of smell still isn't back to full capacity. Can I ever get it back completely, and if yes, how?

Loss of sense of smell in nasal polyposis may or may not come back completely after use of steroid sprays. You may need to take a course of oral steroids so that polyps reduce further in size. You may consider surgery also. But there is no guarantee that sense of smell comes back even after surgery
