Reduced bleeding during periods
I've been taking strength training for nearly 4 months now. My periods have been arriving on time but I noticed reduced bleeding after I started training. This month, there is absolutely no flow. I just noticed some period blood sticking to my vagina. Could this be because I've been gradually increasing the intensity of my workout? What should I do to bring my period volume to normal?
