No periods during 3 months. Now periods happened but heavy bleeding with jelly type blood. Today 5th day still bleeding. Doctor gave abdomen n pelvin scan. Please tell what may be the symptoms

There can be a lot of reasons for delayed periods which include pregnancy, medications, ovarian cyst, thyroid disorders ,raised prolactin and many others...
the bleeding is heavy because you have not bled since the last 3 months..
Next Steps
apart from the ultrasound pelvis , Urine Pregnancy Test ,thyroid test and prolactin levels are needed..
