Hello, I understand your concern to lose weight and the efforts you are taking to reduce the weight. But, weight loss is a process and it has to be done the "right" way to ensure it is sustainable and long-lasting. The current eating pattern that you are following is lacking in nutrients. I suggest you connect with us for a personalized diet session as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, medical conditions if any, medications, sleep, stress, physical activity, height, weight, etc. This helps in understanding the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. With right balanced diet and regular exercise you will be able to reduce weight.  As a start follow the guidelines below - 1. Never skip meals & eat balanced meals 2. Ensure intake of two fruits throughout the day 3. Incorporate protein rich foods such as dals, pulses, sprouts, low fat dairy products, non veg in every meal 4. Exercise daily for 45 minutes 5. Drink 2-3 liters of water to stay well hydrated 6. Avoid sugar, sweet, refined flour, processed and packaged foods
