Hi, I'm 5.8 feet and my weight is 103kgs I need to reduce my weight to normal and I'm on a diet I'll say wat I follow.Early mrng I'll have a warm lemon water with honey n go for Zumba dance for 60-80 minz and for bf- 3 idli's with sambar n for lunch-1 cup rice with veg curry n for dinner 2 pulk vth curry before 8 pm.wat I follow is crrt?
