I had a CBCT done in last January 2022 as of my plan for dental work for bone graft , implant and few other regular cleaning etc. That time there is no such redness but on Feb 2 , 2022 i had a ulcer near left molar towards palate side . Than ulcer gone in few days ( 10 or 11 days ) but redness remained . Now few days back on 18 may 2022 , i noticed another ulceration on the same area which almost healed now but redness still therr , so i called the lab technician who was there while my CBCT scan he sent me this on request sent me the snaps of my molar region with this .
Can anyone tell me what is going on there ? Image attached

Ulceration in mouth is soft tissue lesion. CBCT helps to know the condition of underlying bone. Ulceration may be caused by different factors. Clinical Evaluation is needed for diagosis.

Repeated ulceration in the same region can be due to many reasons. CBCT will help us know the condition of the underlying bone. Clinical evaluation is necessary for appropriate treatment. Kindly visit your dentist for the same.
Ulceration is due to injury to the soft tissue rather than the underlying bone. On the CBCT it looks like you have bone loss at one of the roots.
I would suggest you to get a clinical examination done with a dentist as ulceration can be due to vitamin deficiency, soft tissue injury or underlying medical condition.
Hope this helps.
