On 2nd Feb 2022 i have noticed few small pimple like thing , I waited and within week its gone but till start of march teeth 28 started to cut Retro molar region , and i had to remove teeth 28 , now main issue started right after that mucosa medial to teeth 28 become red , slightly elavated towards palate in the direction from crown region towards apex of root region . Since march 2022 ,it itching , redness on touch fade away for a moment . I waited visited 2 dentist they prescribed vitamins and steroids to apply . Slowly it started causing pain , so i stopped waiting and consulted my oral radiologist friend He adviced me CBCT ( as OPG , IOPAR shows nothing ) . Now CBCT impression says something which I have attached with this post . ADVICE ME WHAT PROCEDURE I NEED TO FOLLOW .

Clinical examination should be carried out by the dentist/oral surgeon along with palpation of the area to evaluate ,
As there are two possibilities-
1. if there is any bony spicule or sharp edge of the remenant ?
2.inflammation of the healing socket i.e dry socket?
Which might be causing the trouble .
But still if the condition is not solved you can consult me.
