Redness on penis

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have some wound like redness on penis head and on shaft. I have consulted a doctor and he said that it is an allergy caused by some ayurvedic tablets that i took.using Fusiwal B cream it gets redused. But if i stop use of cream it comes back again in just 1day. Also i have pain in the knee joints which increases with increas in penis infection. I never had any physical contact.
