Redness on left leg

Asked for Female, 14 Years

Develop hardness of skin of skin 1 month back then taken rx with antibiotic got relieved doctor given me retinoic acid too but after 20 days on morning suddenly developed redness on that area taken ceterizine and got relieved but yesterday start same problem but now not relieved by ceterizine and increasing in area.
