Redness in penis head

Asked for Male, 29 Years

From about a month I am facing this issue, earlier I had yellow dots after medication it turned into red penis head with yellowish fluid and blood patches. Doctor said its balanitis. I have eaten Ethral medicine for 5 days and now taking oframax injection for 3 days. Still its not recovered. HIV/ VDRL tests are also negative
