Redness in lower leg. Now for the same?

My husband had an accidental small cut on the side lower feet by getting rubbed with an iron gate while visiting a temple. After that he got shivering and fever of 102 degrees for which I took him to an emergency ward in hospital where initially he was asked to take dolo 650, azithromycin and cetrizen. However after 3 doses of the said medicines, his leg turned red, a little swollen and the leg was very warm. So we consulted another doctor for the same where he asked to take injection tramazac, iv augmentin, dolo 650. Since we were travelling back to Mumbai he asked to take augmentin tablet and dolo 650. Now fever has completely subsided but the redness in leg is still visible. Please advice what should be done now for the same?
