It's your second post on the same problem. I reiterate that You don't have any kidney disease. Swelling below the eyes can be caused by various reasons including sinus infection, skin infection, allergies, or some medications or systemic diseases. In your case, a physical examination is necessary to make a proper diagnosis. Take a physical consultation from an ENT specialist or physician. Online treatment or diagnosis is not possible for every problem.
