Redness and swellig below right eye

Asked for Female, 24 Years

There were boils under my right eye. I applied turmeric and it burst and now the skin is red and swollen and its paining. Is there any way the seelling n redness can go off as i am a cabin crew and i need to report to work day after tomorrow. It's really urgent.
