Redness and petechia

Asked for Female, 31 Years

It's been 2 weeks since my fractional co2 laser..the scabs fell around a couple of days ago..the area is red ..today I observed minute petechial spots on the red area..will this resolve..I already called up my derm office..dey said its nothing of concern..but kindly offer your view..how long will it take for it to resolve
