Redness and itchiness on buttocks

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am having itchy red spots on buttocks. I first used candid b cream on them for 3 daysbut no benefit. Then using panderm plus for 2 days once a day and they is no itchiness and less redness. Is any other medication required alongwith it?
