Redness and dryness due to salicylic
Dear doc. , i hav acne on my face and my doctor recommended a face wash with 2% salicylic acid..I bought neutrogena face wash..but after 2 to 3 application the skin around my mouth have become red , dry and itchy..what should i apply on it so that i could prevent my skin from a black patch on my face or any natural ingredients that could help me thank you

Stop it.. Causing allergy...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
