Reddish urine and yellow vomit
Paitent had heart attack followed by angioplasty a month back. From yesterday paitent is sometimes passing reddish urine and sometimes paitent is passing perfectly fine urine. Paitent ia also vomitting twice or thrice in a day which is yellow in color.Attched is pic of reddish urine and yellow vomit by paitent. Urologist has suggested urine culture and urine cytology report of which is awaited. Please advise and provide your opinion.

Reddish urine such as above suggests blood in urine. Quite possible as patients will be recieving blood thinner medications after angioplasty which increases chances of such bleeds.
Vomiting may be due to gastritis.
