Reddish scar on inner skin of pennies.

There is a reddish scar on inner fore skin of my pennies. Earlier It was occurred once,I used borolin cream and it will get clear after some days.Now I am getting pain to wear underwear or at walking time.

It is very difficult to comment unless someone examines you. Is it an ulcer? Scar will happen only if there was a would or ulcer preceding it. If there is swelling of foreskin with itching and whitish or reddish rash, it may be fungal infection. Please don't use soap over that area.
