Reddish & Brownish discharge post period

I have married with two kids. My elder son is 5 and half years old. Younger is 2 years old. Both c section. And I have done family planning along with second delivery. I get my periods every 23 days. It is like this from very young age. Post second delivery I had severe bleeding during periods. And had it for seven days with last two days being moderate. Now it is heavy but not too severe as before and lasts 4 days. (I am changing 4 heavy pads a day all full.) But now a days I am having reddish & brownish discharge for one week after the first 4 periods. This is like this for few months. After 8days from the start of my last period I had sex with my husband. I got bleeding during intercourse. I am not clear whether these normal (Both my post period discharge and the bleeding during the inter- course). Please clarify me on this.
