I m 7week pregnant of 2nd baby but baby heartbeat not yet started Nd from yesterday I m having dry brownish discharge in washroom, Doctor gave some injections even though its continuing. I have cramps in stomach too. Can u plz suggest whether it is miscarriage or is it common
