At this early stage, during a first pregnancy , sometimes fetal movements might not be appreciated properly. Hydrate yourself and rest in left lateral position and note. If u want to be absolutely sure, visit your gynaecologist

If this is your first pregnancy then the foetal movements are felt at 22 or 23 weeks.

No it's not normal. You should percieve atleast 9-10 movements in 12 hours. Get a biophysical profile done
