Since all scans are normal
All is well
U can feel your baby movements better 1) after meals
2)resting on left lateral position
Start monitoring your baby movements after 28weeks
Anterior placenta can reduce movement perception. At 25 weeks baby movements may still be irregular. May start to become regular by 26-28 weeks.
Health Tips
Try lying on your left side and focus on baby movements after your meals. If no baby movements in 12 hours, pain abdomen, pv bleed/leak - then, consult Gynaecologist immediately.
Hi as your anomaly scan is normal you don't have to worry probably in 1 to 2 weeks you will be able to make out the movements of the baby and as you have ant placenta you would perceive lesser movements
Fetal movement are light and perception may be less due to anterior placenta. With time as baby grows you should be able to appreciate fetal kicks or hiccups.
Most of the weight gain occurs during 2nd half of pregnancy. And as long as the baby growth is fine, your weight gain is fine.
