Reddish Blake spot tender

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have a reddish black spot that has grown recently into a bump and become slightly tender to the touch. It slightly concerns me and I won’t be able to see my Dr until the 30th of the month & I’m not sure how urgent I should treat this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
