Red spots turn in red patch and itch now

Asked for Male, 54 Years

I had posted photos of my Toe / feet skin showing red spots which were non itchy. I consulted few doctors and I was advised that it may be due to some new medicine impact or walking but now the spots have grown to all body below chest. The spots at Toe/feet have expanded and turned into a red patch wherein some spots are raised and itches hard. Is it some allergy? After I had a stomach infection, I was advised a capsule named "Darolac" which continued for 60 days. What's it?.What's the cure?
