Red spots on top of my penis.

Asked for Male, 53 Years

Few days back by I pressed my penis to stop blood in veins between shaft and top. I did it two three times. That time I had very strong erection. From that day I am finding red spots on top of penis. It slightly pains when penis detects. I used Neosporin and betnovate cream. But no relief.
