Red spots on skin

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Please find the spots on my right hand in the attached image. It seems like boil(funsi) to me. Number is increasing as I see small spots in vicinity of main spot. These have pus in it and cause pain on touch. Please help as soon as possible with home remedies as I am travelling outside India for next 7 days.
