Red spots on penis corona gland
I have had issue this since December 2021 (I have attached a photo for your reference)
The red dots come and go as in some days it's just one or two red dots the other days it's three or four dots, the dots appear along the corona gland I also had smegma on my penis every day since December hence I had to take a shower twice every day to keep my penis clean
