Red spots on lips and skin

Asked for Female, 17 Years

Hii... actually I am getting red spots on my skin .....it isn't painful ...when pressure is applied it fades .....when pressure is removed it comes back .....though within somedays it disappears ...but do come back at some new place on my skin ....so probably what's the reason and cure for it?
