Hello Dr.! I have red spots on my cheeks since last 4 years and yesterday i have visited to a skin specialist and he has given the following prescription which I cannot afford. The condition is ACTINIC DERMATITUS & MELANOSIS. Can you please help me with any alternative medicines. Thank you!
