Red spots on back

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I had taken a session of full body laser hair removal from a clinic where no dermatologist is available to supervise. After the session, I developed red spots on my back. It has been more than a month since the session now. It is clearing a bit, but leaving behind marks. I had consulted with a doctor about 2 weeks after the session and taken an oral antibiotic and I have been using an antibiotic ointment. What is this condition? Is it because of improper use of laser?
