Red spots on arms

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Please see my mother is having this red spots since a 7-8 days. she has Vitilogo treatment going on and takes Curcumus, Oxisheild,Melanocyl, and Omnacortil Twice a week. Plus she apllies Tenovate Cream 5 days a week. Now this spots have came since 7-8 days. please see and suggest what's the reason for this. Thanks&Best Regards.
