Red spots on arms and face of 4 year old
My nephew has red spots that kind of look like chicken pox on his arms and his face, accompanied by a red rash around the area. He said it didn't itch...We figured it wasn't chicken pox because there's none on his legs or torso...could it be an allergic reaction?

Since the rashes seem to be only on the exposed areas,probably it is allergic,but atypical chickenpox in immunized kids can present differently.
