Red spots on arm due to insect bite

Question

Asked for Male, 23 Years

One month back had an issue insect bite due to which the bitten area had swollen and formed spots. I had taken appropriate anti-biotics , anti-allergy medicines along with calamine lotion to treat it.The swollen area has subsided since but redness of the spot hasn't gone yet. Just wanted to whether any more treatment is needed for the red spots on the arms. For your reference I have attached a photo of the red spots on the arm. Awaiting your medical advice Regards
