Red spot on both arms

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Last 3-4 days I have noticed red spot on both arms,now it's spread all over body except face, ears,neck. No sign off illness, watery eyes, running nose,cough. After consulting with doctor I use allgera 120, CALAMINE, and two vaccination taken. So, red spot indicate normal rash???
