Red spot marks

Asked for Female, 15 Years

I have bad spots that appear on my forehead and the bridge of my nose, they are red at the start and then whitish with pus in them. But when they have gone they leave red spot marks on my face that dont go away. Normally i wash my face twice daily and use the roche posay effaclar duo cleansing gel and the duo creme. I am 15 years old so is this due to puberty
