Red spot for 4 years

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I have a red spot on my face for 4 years now. The spot may turn itchy sometimes. It usually fades (not completely) after my periods but is generally very prominent. There is no pus inside it. I have tried various creams including mederma and have also consulted 2 dermatologists but nothing worked
