  4. Red small spots. Please suggest!

Red small spots
It started form last 3 days its is growing on leg and hands. Previously it's not itchy but now a little itch is appearing under the foot. I had taken an anti allergic tablet (Livo cetrazin) today afternoon but till now no changes. Please suggest
