kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

It doesn't seems serious issue, Infants have many type of skin presentation without underlying cause. Underlying dryness can be seen in lesion, So apply dermocalm lotion twice a day for 1 week. If not improving then take skin consultation.
