I am having issue of red rashes on penis and tasticals portion and getting difficulties to retract penis foreskin.. I have tested my suger through digital device which is found satisfactorily. This rashes infections getting worse some time.. Since I am using only candidox cream which is just stabling the conditon. But it's is not helping me ride over this... Is this of symptoms of std or uti...
