Red round spots and itching

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have got read spots on head/scalp and it has spreaded all over the head that also gives me itching all the time, similarly I have such simptoms on chest too. Apart from this, black spots are there on stomach and lower part of chest which also pains sometimes but gives me small nodes wherever they are.
