  4. Red rashes on the skin. Please help!

Red rashes on the skin
Last night all of a sudden I started having red rashes on few parts of my body. I never had any issues and I'm not allergic to anything. Please suggest me if paraffin liquid could help me resolving this issue. I'm running short of money. That's y Im posting the question here. I have also attached the picture. Please help

Its urticaria. Please take tab. Cetrizine 10mg twice daily. If you not comfortable still kindly consult online. Cetrizine can cause drowsiness so kindly avoid driving.
