Red Rashes on pennile head

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I went to a doctor for cough and was told to got Pharyngitis Rhinisitis. He prescribed me antibiotic Augmed 625 and allercet. I have been taking them for last 4 days and since yesterday night I observed some red rashes on my pennile head and under the foreskin as well. They are itching and pain when I try cleaning them. Is this something to worry about or its because of the anitbiotics. Also, should I consult some urologist immediately or should wait for some days and then decide.
