Red rashes on body
My baby boy is 2.6 weeks old. He developed these red rashes and his body is warmer than usual. But temperature is 98-98.5. He is nit active as other days. Kindly help.

Show to a doctor in person .thought the rash could be normal but if he s feeling warm and less active then baby needs assessment
