Red rashes and itching on face

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello. I have sun allergy. My face skin is sensitive. After delivery i had bath with hot water for one month and i got red rashes and pimpleson cheek and chin and its itching and now the radnes and itching is spreading on rest of face.
