Red rashes and itching

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have red rashes near testacles from few days...they itch a lot and release some kind or fluid...same problem is there in exterior region of anus...when ever i clean that area after daily routine in morning water works like needle...please prescribe some medicine or ointments
