Red rash on limbs

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have small raised red bumps on my arms and legs. They don't fade on pressing. I have recently moved to hostel and it has started after that. But it's not decreasing with anti allergics. I am currently exposed to sun for a longer time than usual and it might be the reason, though I am not sure. Can you please help? Thank you.
