Red rash around lips, dryness in eyelids

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am having dark and dry patches around my lips that is in upper and lower lips....There is also redness in those patches and the dry patches are also in my eyelids and in my nose in the sides of my nose.... They appear and vanish and again reappear...I have been using lip bless ointment recommended by my doctor.
