Red patch on back with little itching

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have got a red patch on my back and few very small boils on the side of my breast, upside of stomach. It gives an itching sensation but I am just applying candid-b cream & powder since 3days and having allegra120 once a day (in night). Can someone little improvement that those scars aren't increasing at least. Those boils don't have water inside.
